We’re Nicki and Steve Walker — a husband-and-wife home décor, renovation, and custom woodworking team specializing in elevating and finishing homes in a way that is intentional, personal, and uplifting.
Nicki works closely with you to craft the vision — translating your personality, style, lifestyle, and story into a cohesive, elevated space. Whether you want your home to feel calm and polished, bold and creative, or elevated but family-friendly, she’ll work with you to achieve a look and feel that uplifts you the moment you walk through the door.
Steve brings the craftsmanship and execution that turn that vision into reality, handling everything from paint and lighting to custom details and finish work that make a home feel complete.
Whether your newer build feels beautiful but impersonal, your longtime home no longer reflects who you’ve grown into, or you’re moving into a new space and want it done right before the boxes arrive — we create welcoming, thoughtful, elevated homes that feel distinctly yours.

Our Home Elevation & Personalization service is a full design-and-execution experience. We work with you to clarify the vision for your home — how you want it to feel, function, and represent you — and then we bring that vision to life.

Creating custom feature walls or built-ins

Adding warmth, texture, and depth
Reworking layouts for better flow
Updating hardware and finish details

The consultation fee is $750 and is credited toward your project if we move forward.

Our Move-In Upgrades & Finishing Touches service is designed for homeowners who want the work handled before they settle in — so they’re not living through weeks of projects, dust, and decisions.
Whether you’ve purchased a newer build that needs warmth and personality, or an older home that needs thoughtful updates, we take care of the details that make the biggest difference.
This may include:
Repairing snags and touch-ups
Interior painting and refinishing
Lighting and fixture upgrades
Hardware, taps, and finish swaps
Accent walls or custom built-ins
Countertop or vanity replacement

Blind and curtain installation
Hanging mirrors, art, and personal pieces (can be after move-in)

Our Finish It & Forget It Day is a focused, full day of skilled craftsmanship dedicated to completing your prioritized list. You identify what needs attention. Steve tackles it— efficiently, professionally, and with attention to detail.
From lighting swaps and ceiling fan replacements to door adjustments, hardware upgrades, mounting mirrors and art, minor repairs, trim touch-ups, and small paint projects — this service is designed to create real momentum in a single, productive day.

Function & Flow Reset
If a room feels cluttered, disorganized, or no longer serving you, it’s hard to fully relax. This session is designed to help you declutter and reorganize with intention.
Together, we edit what’s no longer needed, implement aesthetic and practical solutions, and improve flow — while ensuring everything remains visually cohesive and aligned with your home’s style.
