Deposits & scheduling: A deposit may be required to reserve your project start date. Whether a deposit is required depends on project size, materials, and scheduling. Your start date is confirmed once any required deposit clears - Deposits are typically 20%

Materials: Materials and specialty items may be billed upfront. Client-selected upgrades, expedited shipping, and special-order items are billed separately when applicable.

Change orders: Any work outside the agreed scope requires approval before work proceeds and may be billed time + materials.

Progress payments: Larger projects may be split into milestone payments (deposit / mid-project / completion).

Final payment: Final balance is due upon substantial completion (or at final walkthrough if agreed in writing).

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun.

Payment notes: Please include your name + project address in the payment memo/notes.
